DESCRIPTION
1. Home Page
Gives the current user his total sales for a specific period. A printable report is attached and can be printed. That will show his activity in details.
2. General Sales Page
Gives the current user the ability to prepare and manage the customer’s order and save it. Once the order is ready, the invoice can be issue thru this page and once it’s been done, the order will be automatically transferred to the invoices page with a unique reference number and deducts the purchased items from the inventory.
3. Invoices Page
All invoices are kept in this page. This page will give you the ability to find and browse invoices. This page is provided with a refund tool. So, the customer can refund a part of his purchases or the entire invoice depending on the administrator privileges.
4. Inventory Page
All inventory items are kept in this page with details. The inventory can be updated when needed. Items can be checked for further orders from the registered suppliers so it will be saved in this page. All items can be filtered by the available quantity, type of product and its size so it gives you a clear picture of the available items along with quantities.
5. Orders Page
This page has the list of items checked for supplying. Items listed can be filtered, updated or deleted upon request.
6. Suppliers Page
All of your suppliers are kept in this page for further requests.
7. Revenue Page
Just like the home page, the revenue page shows the total sales in details but for all sales representatives rather than the current user/sales rep. for admin uses.
8. The Admin Page
The admin page provides the following:
Add, Remove, update users / Sales Representatives or Passwords.
Please note the default Password for Admin is "123". Please don't forget to change it.
Managing the users’ / Sales representatives’ privileges.
Setting a default markup percentage easily to your products. Updating of your products markup easily upon filtering.
Refund privileges with specific period of time to accept refunds.
Set discounts easily to all of items or specific items upon filtering.
Exporting your database to excel or PDF files.
Updating your local currency.
Time to log off if system is not in use.
